Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Some items (depending on stock availability) are normally sent the same day as order placed. Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class in plain packaging (nobody like's the postman to see what you buy and items tend not to go 'missing'). You will be kept informed of your order status either by email or telephone.
We offer a choice of delivery methods:
FREE Shipping is provided at various times during the year, this service is limited to the UK ONLY, please note: multiple use on returned items is not permitted.
Service used for free shipping is either, basic Royal mail or alternative, and no garanteed delivery times can be given, please choose a paid service if delivery times are important.
1) Royal Mail 1st Class.
(stock Items Only) To any address in the UK with a postcode. Please allow 28 days for delivery. From £2.95.
2) Airmail. For orders outside of the UK, prices are calculated on weight of items during checkout. By using this option, we will not accept responability for lost packages during shipping and therefore no refund will be due.
3)Airmail International Signed For. charged at airmail rates +additional £7.50. This option is trackable within the UK and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Due to the intimate nature of our products any item opened CANNOT be returned for a refund unless items are faulty, once worn we accept NO RETURNS.
School Uniform items (excluding tights, socks and dancewear) can be returned if in 'as new' condition and unworn other than for fitting purposes, and in the original packaging.
You have 14 days in which to return any unwanted goods (unopened and in 'new' condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs, this also means we do not pay the returns postage)
Please return items to address on your invoice, enclosing the returns card you recieve with your order. Your card/Paypal account will be credited within 7 days of safe return of goods.
You can cancel your order by email or phone.
Your card will be refunded if your order has been processed.
